I absolutely LOVED this place. My stay here was amazing. The staff all were very helpful and caring. I would recommend this facility

This place is awful. Most of the staff were rude and would yell at the patients (especially at night). The food was disgusting. Nothing was freshly made. Everything was premade either from a can, box or frozen. The slip that is on your tray when they deliver meals makes it sound very tasty and nutritious but what's on the slip is not what's on the plate. The lady that shared my room was left to lay in her urine and feces for hours. When someone did come in to care for her they had to scrub the dried feces off of her which was painful for her. I asked to see the social worker because I wanted to be transferred to another rehab facility. The social worker did nothing. The administrator came in also but again did nothing. Doctors orders were not followed when it came to administering medication and putting on support hose and a brace. The rooms were not cleaned while I was there. My sheets were not changed in the 7 days I was there. After 7 days I was finally able to get released for home care no thanks to the people at this facility. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and do not even consider this place. So sad that people have to deal with such a horrible place.
