I have visited this facility many times and have been pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the building, the helpful staff and the appearance of happy and cared for residents. The nursing staff and therapy department truly seem to care about these residents!

My mother loves the activities that she gets to enjoy at the nursing home. She tells me daily how much she loves her nurses. Placing my mother in the care of good people is so important to me. We love LaSalle!

LaSalle is a wonderful place for loved ones. Nursing staff is fantastic. The staff are caring and personable while providing attention to each and every resident. The rehabilitation department provides the same personal caring environment for each patient receiving individualized personal care according to their specific patient needs per the Plan of Care. Would recommend LaSalle to anyone in need of skilled nursing or therapy services.
