If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. We moved our Dad into this place in March 2021, mistakenly thinking that an assisted living facility would give him some assistance with living. During his time there, the most interaction he had with the staff consisted of having his temperature taken twice daily and having his meals delivered twice daily. They also did his laundry once a week. During the times that the staff came into his apartment, a reasonable expectation of care would include at least some conversation (especially since visitation by family or friends was limited due to COVID lockdown), but the most he got was an explanation of why they entered the room and a "Do you want coffee?" with his meal delivery. Not once did they ask about the portraits of his great grand children on the walls, or about sports, or the weather even...they didn't seem interested in him at all...no conversation. Finally, after a month of neglect, his medications (being administered by the staff) were mismanaged, which resulted in 2 falls in one night that could easily have been prevented. At that point, we couldn't leave him there any longer. I would not recommend this facility for anyone's loved ones unless they had severe enough dementia that they didn't realize that they were being neglected.
