I've been at Mariners residence from September 18th 2018 to January 2020... the food is terrible always cold and processed food. Have gotten dispense wrong medication. The place is filthy. When you go to Hank with a complaint. He tells you what he thinks you want to hear. And nothing gets remedied. When basil come to interview me he told me. I would would like the place. There is nothing to like about this place just complete turmoil. The rooms are cold they put plastic on the windows in the winter time. The floor is never get buffed. or polished. The courts ordered housing specialist to come in and transition elderly people to proper housing. There is a big class action suit pending. I've been here 14 months my curtains in my room have never been taken down to be washed. When you open and close the curtains you taste dust and dirt in your mouth. Please don't put your loved ones here they'll be totally disrespected. The bathroom tubs walls never clean filthy. I took a shower one day the following day I was in the emergency room with a bacterial infection in my legs from the tub. Please be careful.

Would pick a minus 5 stars if it were available. Overpriced, chronic abuse, neglect and exploitation of elderly disabled persons. No professional case management (case manager is not a professional, has no credentials or professional license as a social worker but is a failed music teacher. And that is only the start of a long list of serious defects.
