Horrible experience with this facility! Will not return phone calls. Poor nursing care, meals sent to room cold, services not received that were ordered. Upon discharge from facility, some personal items were missing, no offer to assist in replacing them. When wer went to have prescription filled by pharmacy, facility physcian had not written prescription within federal guidelines. After 4 trips to pharmacy and three attempts by facility to correct prescription, pharmacist finally had to get on phone with physcian and explain current law. In the meantime a elderly woman that was in pain has at home needing medicine. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

This facility is older, but very clean. The staff is so caring & attentive to the resident’s needs & they above & beyond to meet the needs of they’ve residents & patients & to enhance quality life. I highly recommend this center.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This is a horrible facility. I would not send my enemy here. They are always understaffed, and have different agency there daily. My mother went almost a week without a shower, after I was told she was getting one. Meds are never passed out on the time they are supposed to be. Sometimes the meds were not even given out, and were left on the table. My mother has been there less than a year, and this place has been through many nurse director changes. Nothing ever changes for the better at this place. Had to take my mother to the ER, since this place would not treat her. It could’ve been fixed there, but the DRs are horrible as well. The business office is never helpful, when you have questions. The Social Service person is very rude. They act like they are there for the patients, but they are all there just for a job. I am glad we no longer have to deal with this place. The state has been there multiple times, and nothing has changed. They only do well for a day or two, after they leave. I feel bad for people that do not have family to check on them. Would not recommend this place. The call lights will be turned off, and the Techs will not do what is needed. They watch movies half of the time, instead of doing their job.
