I currently have a loved one residing at McCandlish Manor. The home like atmosphere (sp) is good as there is no insitutional vibe. However, the floor plan to the rooms is barely meeting whatever the rules may be...barely able to accomodate a wheelchair. I also observed on 9/12/21 how dirty the home is. The toilets are disgusting, and I observed much dust everywhere, even over the visitor's table!The care giver spent the entire 3 hours I was there, on her cell phone. The whole situation needs to be looked at.
