My friend that is an old woman has been calling a whole week. she has been waiting a week for assistance. They referred her to admission. One day they told her the nurse service was scheduled and other day that was in admission and they make a convalescent person wait more than 20 minutes on line without assistance. It is a mess. I do not recommend this agency. Really sorry because the patient health is the most important. We had to looking for another agency. Thanks God! we have a lot of agency in Miami

south miami hospital had this agency call us to come see my mom after surgery. the call center lady hung up on me and kept screaming i don't understand what you're saying. all i was saying was hello, good morning. the reception was bad, but she was just so rude and unprofessional. when i called back, another lady answer and i managed to make arrangements to get a nurse sent to my mom's house. hopefully

You are lucky to get them to even answer the phone in Miami, Fl. They have a Coral Fables address, but all their services come out of Hialeah, were they never receive doctors orders or provide services in adequate time. Their ODC website is useless, but is the only dept. were they answer the phones politely, are helpful and speak adequate English.
