The administrator was VERY rude and answered none of our questions. The patients room smelled strongly of urine, as did the carpet. Not a good facility at all !!?

My case management patient called me from Monaco Ridge. He advised the care under lockdown is worse than ever. He stated the facility, usually poorly run, was serving substandard food and providing poor care. If I could get this man out tomorrow I would.
