We have a life. Waiting till a few hours before to say the aid is coming is unacceptable. Set appointments at least a week in advance on a specific day. We want all the persons appointments on Wednesday afternoon. Not hard to do. Otherwise you are stealing from medicare.

First contact Nov 5 nurse visit. Informs us no PT till after Thanksgiving. No communication between team members. No set appointment days confirmed. Calling wrong phone even though Nurse KNEW cell service worked on only one phone. Complained with concerns about delays in PT. Nurse was scheduling follow Dr appointment Knowing no PT or way to ambulate. Told Dr office We'll make it work.Husband was confused having memory lapses but physically managing. When I insisted on being present for visits to be sure of instructions and future schedule days that was unacceptable to them. Insurance advocate reached out to get PT out. And we made emergency trip the OT was aware of the need. Never communicated that. Rushed back to finally see a PT whom said he was coming the next day, to be told we are quitting you. You fired us 4 times And actually only one. My insurance advocate has all this documented. My insurance company had been trying to move our home care elsewhere.Munson home health caused delays in my husbands care. Said I was one doing so. Even had the Surgeon and his team convinced. Causing us both stress and anxiety. He was released from the hospital 10/30 and as of 11/13 no PT.
