North Cleveland Towers

I have been at North Cleveland Towers going on 6 years and I absolutely love my apartment but if you decide to get a dog please make sure you get all the rules! I spoke to our manager while she was at my apartment inspecting 3 mos or so ago told her I was thinking about getting a dog-we talked about it and she said you have to have proof of immunizations OK I said! I was thrilled! My daughter gave me a small Shitzu/poo for my birthday,so I called the office just to make sure shots were all I needed-left 2 message-and she NEVER called back!I was ecstatic so I get dressed headed out the door to get everything that I needed for the pup! Ran into a tenant that had a dog-we were just talking and she tells me the pup has to be 4 mos old (mine was 10 weeks old and had its first shot) spayed and all immunizations! I was devastated! Why wasn't I told? I went into the office and sure enough she showed me the rules but she had to had to pull copies of the rules because she didn't know the rules! When I mentioned leaving the 2 messages she told me I did not call and leave 2 messages! So thank goodness for the tenant that gave me the info as I was headed out the door shopping for my new pup! I was Heartbroken! now my family is keeping the pup til Oct 23-they have family and their own dogs-so pls get all info/rules before you get your pet! This has been a terrible experience to go through! And my family is stressed having to care for the pup til Oct 23 but North Cleveland Towers is a beautiful place to live?
