North Mountain Medical and Rehabilitation Center

I interned here for my MSW program through ASU and learned so much about Medical Social Work. When I graduated I was offered a position with the Social Services department. Every day has been a new experience and I love that I get the opportunity to gain more knowledge in my position. The people I work with have become like a second family to me. I couldn’t have picked a better place to intern and work.

I stopped here to tour unannounced on a weekend. The staff were friendly and took the time to flash me a smile, even though they looked really busy. The staff appeared to be very attentive to their patients. I was very impressed by the specialty care provided to vent/trach patients and the amount of effort put in by the staff to help maintain the quality of life for their patients. Patients were participating in activities and up walking around. The building smelled clean, not like how other facilities have a musty smell that hits you the minute you walk in. The tour given was overall a great experience.

I love working at North Mountain Medical and Rehab. I have been working in the health care industry for almost 20 years, and this is by far the best facility I have ever worked at. Our CEO and DON are amazing, so supportive of staff. The core values are what makes this company truly great, and they are lived every day.

If you have to be sick North Mountain Medical is the best facility to recover at. Simply the best

I'm in Healthcare and I've visited over 100 Skilled Nursing Facilities over the last decade. I have to say that North Mountain Medical is probably the best one I've been to. When you walk in the building, they have a trophy case displaying dozens of awards. At first I thought it seemed like they were "showing off" a little, but I can tell that they have the results to back it up. They staff has been helpful to me every time I come in. I see the patients getting better and going home (when hospital doctors say it isn't possible). I'm really impressed and would highly recommend this place.

I love this place. The staff are really friendly and they are very attentive. I am impressed with how they work together to get patients up out of their beds. I have felt welcomed and comfortable.

I can sense the care and team work of the staff whenever I am there. They have a hard job, but do it with a smile on their face (most of the time)! :)

This is a great place to go to get care for someone on a ventilator. They help patients get to the point where they don’t need the vent anymore. Nurses and therapists are great. They care. It’s a weel run place and there are always staff nearby when you need help.

Due to the lack of training my mother is dead. I'm a Firefighter/Paramedic of 13 years and the staff are horrible !
