Abusive and predatory. My mother was there for a four week therapy program and elected to manage her own finances so they berated and bullied her until she signed over her SocSec, then she called me crying and I had to coach her through voiding the paperwork. Turns out despite her rejecting their attempts they still filed it and now her retirement benefits will get here too late to pay her bills. This all happened during the COVID-19 lockdown so no one could get into the facility to advocate for her and protect her from their maliciousness.Therapy was sporadic at best and the discharge paperwork details a routine of rolling her around on bed and then calling it a day, which is not acceptable. The Head Nurse is on record in the same paperwork as being dismissive towards my mother's cognitive capabilities. The social worker on staff, when asked repeatedly to call so I could ask questions about what they were doing regarding all this financial and medicaid paperwork, never actually called me except when she was days away from discharge, upon which time he elected to threaten me with APS and hung up the phone.This is a facility that chooses to ignore problems until they go away, and when confronted with the problems of their own creation they scuttle to cover up their transgressions. They had a bank account open in my mother's name and closed it after I called requesting an electronic transfer so she could pay her bills on time. The vindictiveness is astounding, do not bring your loved ones here if you wish them health and happiness because at this facility all you are doing is dooming them to neglect and suffering.Shame on the people who work at this facility and who are supposed to protect and care for their patients. Shame on all of you for preying upon the weak.
