The staff at this facility is fabulous!!!!So happy we found a great place for my Mom where she is happy and loved.

The management of the company needs to be changed. By management I mean the corporate management. Policies and procedures are only for workers not management which makes the management not responsible of their own actions. They also only care about the bottom line not the residents.
