Stay away from this facility. This place is a dump. The staff doesn't care about the residents. Safety measures are not in place for resident's safety. When you press call button for nurse they do not respond at all. Don't put your loved ones here.

I have called several times waiting over 10 minutes on hold to speak with a nurse about my loved one. Called back only to get no answer at all. Smell is horrendous. Food is horrible.

My father-in-law was put here in the beginning of January 2017. 1st time he went in he was alert they started to give him pain meds & all he did was sleep & started not to eat. He did not eat for 3 days they took him to dialysis & he was too week his blood pressure was too high so they sent him to the hospital. He had his gallbladder taken out then sent him back to ParkManor on Thursday. Friday Morning we get a call that they were taking him back to the hospital because he had a fever & was throwing up. Then the hospital said he had Cdif & septic I believe he got that at Park Manor Cdif & septis is a virus that is highly Contagious & is passed on by not washing hands after treating each patient. We told that the person that occupied the room before my father-in-law was put in there had just passed away just before they put my Father-in-Law in there. This place smells bad as soon as you walk through the door. There were patients sitting in their wheel chairs unattended I saw no one around but the patients. One nurse came out of a patient's room and house shoes and one of her scrub leg was rolled up and the other one down. I asked her if she worked there & she said yes. Father-in-law got bedsores there. Because of the C-Dif & Sepis my Father-in-Law passed away on January 14, 2017 this place is filthy & not sanitary. It should not even be open.
Very nice & helpful staff. Great place for rehabilitation after hospital discharge! They also provide long term care for patients who have Medicaid.
