wife was there for approx. 9 days very limited physical therapy caught virus December 21 or 22nd took her home December 24th we were both sick as can be for 5 or 6 days after took her to hospital 1 9 20 she passed away 1 15 20 poor care at rehab center.

My father in law was in the facility from the end of April until he passed away on June 15th. The staff was wonderful and he was under hospice services. The facility is clean, staff attentive and a homey atmosphere. Unfortunately, all our happy experience is coming to end due to the fact that we are having trouble getting the refund due to my mother in law. My father in law was there under private pay, the facility was paid for the entire month of June at the beginning of that month. The facility is aware that they owe my mother in law for half the month of June but for some reason they are not able to refund the amount she is entitled back. It is now October 6th and they keep stringing her along. Any response from administration would be appreciated since they have not gotten back to her for this extended amount of time.
