All management cares about is saving money even if it’s putting residents lives in danger. They cut the kitchen staff had 2 resident assistant care for 19 residents. They staff was responsible for cooking part of the supper in the oven. The staff left the kitchen unattended with the oven running. While the ceiling above the stove was leaking water. The cook isn’t allowed to leave the kitchen while the oven is running. But the resident assistants can? What else does management do just to save a buck.
