IF there would be a rating of O that is what I would give this group. I have written to their main office a letter with complaints about one of their employees. THEY NEVER wrote me back. That is unacceptable. There was proof that this employee was inappropriate in her actions. Not only my family but others in this neighborhood where this employee is "babysitting" are concerned. So, to say I would recommend Phoenix Home Care is a NO. Both me and my husband are senior citizens and we would NOT use.
