Employees are poorly trained, they are rude and have attitudes with other employees, patients, and family members. I have been nice asking to talk to my brother who is in there but they either dont do their job or say none by that name here. What's the issue? Management needs to be more involved and follow the laws before attorneys get involved for nursing home neglect and not following the laws along with keeping family away from patient. I just want to talk to my brother!
