Not a good place at all. The staff do not communicate. Some are rude and mean to the patients. You will not find all the clothes you bought for your loved despite being labeled. The staff go into the patients rooms and take what they want for another patient. We brought our loved one home and they gave us two laundry bags, all dirty and most of it has someone else’s name on the garments. They also do not pay attention to special diets and do not call the patients doctor when something is seriously wrong . Regarding Covid, there was a small outbreak and those patients were isolated. However, the director told us that all staff must have a mask, shield and goggles, very few staff did this and many wore their masks on their chins.Directors will tell you anything you want to here thinking you are stupid enough to believe it. I feel really bad for the patients that do not have an advocate for them. On the plus side, the physical therapist and occupational staff are very caring and helpful. Sadly, I only encountered less than a handful of nurses and LPNs that were nice. First night we were there a nurse told me she did not like her job! I am sure this is not the only bad place in the area. We need to respect and care for our elderly better in America! You work all life, possibly serve you country and when you get sick and are at your most vulnerable you get treated like you are a nuisance,

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. BIGGEST OUTBREAK OF CORONA VIRUS IN NH BROUGHT IN BY STAFF. DID NOT FOLLOW PROTOCOL. LEFT ELDERLY SICK WITH CORONA TO STARVE AND DIE IN SICK RIDDEN ROOMS WITH NO FRESH AIR. DR DID NOT USE ANY MEDICATIONS. DR DID NOT USE INTRAVENOUS TO FEED STARVING SICK ELDERLY. COMPLAINTS WITH DHHS. THIS HELL NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN.
