If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I promise you this is factual. I saw it first hand everyday. Your family members will be abused. Most aides there do not wipe residents when changing them. And the do not use lifts they yank your loved ones around like rag dolls. They totally disrespect their privacy and talk about them in front of other residents and people around the facility who have no business knowing anything. The kitchen staff will tell your loved on what they can eat and cannot eat just because they dont want to make them food or are worried they'll run out thanks to the lack of proper management from carrie. I called state but due to assistants thinking if they dont open the door state cant watch them or they are sly and will do everything just right by the books when state is around. This place needs to be shut down. My grandmother was here and I am surprised they didnt kill her. My best friend uncle was here and I watched them kill him due to a sore on his foot that didnt get looked at for weeks until it was rotting.
