Nothing but excuses. Even when we establish a communication plan, they failed to notify us about any concerns, yet our family member ends up in the hospital seemingly only after they found out we were on our way up there. The late sending to the hospital took place despite the fact they had test results for over 12 hours that already indicated he needed to go to the hospital. Patient wounds got worse with new ones added. Patient stating they are not being fed. Emergency room visit to treat poor nutrition, dehydration, sepsis, weight loss, poor hygiene, etc. There is such an awful level of care and an attitude that what they do or fail to do does not matter. At the hospital, all staff stated that over the years there has been a huge decline at this place and they don't recommend anyone sending their loved ones to this facility.
