If I could give a zero I would. 1 day the aide didn't use a gate belt and dropped my mom on the bathroom floor, the next day the aide left my mom sitting on the edge of her bed to dress herself and left the room and she slid off the bed and hit her head and on day 4 she pulled herself out of her bed and again fell on the floor. My mom can bare no weight, she is paralyzed from the waist down, and she has a catheter. They had the odacity to ask me why I pulled her out. 3 falls in 4 days and 1 trip to the ER. And in addition to all that, there was no mats on the floor, they were not standing her nor turning her as they were instructed and she came home with a stage 3 bed sore. They promised care they could not give due to short staffing. Will never send my mom there again, I can't help but wonder if they would treat their moms this way too.
