The Residence At Oakridge

I would not place anyone i care about in this facility! It's dirty, holes in the walls, moldy rotten food in the coolers. Kitchen staff that does not know anything about diet and nutrition, nor do they know how to cook and temp food properly. Chemicals stored on food prep surfaces next to food being prepared! Broken down equipment that hasn't been cleaned since it's been placed in the kitchen, dust an inch thick on the walls, and it sticks to all the grease, just asking for a fire with all that build up. Staff gossips with the residents about other staff members, and with other staff about the residents. Saying things like " this is a medicaid facility, they shouldn't complain, they should be happy with what they get!" So much for customer service!! I wanted to make this place better, but they need to start over with all new employees, top to bottom at this place! I swear it is one violation away from being shut down by the state, sad because where will all the people go?
