Ridgecrest Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation

I have visited this facility a few times in the last couple of years, and each time I have my experience has been a bad one. I have dealt with rude employees, and witnessed some abandonment of residents. (Residents asking to use the bathroom while nurses just sit behind a desk and ignore them) In fact, almost every time I visited, the nurses were just sitting back as if they were at home relaxing instead of being at work. They would be on their cell phones also.. just sad really. They seem to care more about what's on a phone screen than their patients. I do not recommend this place to any one looking to house their loved ones.
