Worst experience of my life for my family and my mom, was there a total of 4 days, NEVER got a shower in the 4 days she was there, clothes were not changed in the first 36 hours she was there, was rolled down to the cafeteria on her 2nd day still in the same gown as when she was brought in the day before, no bra, no blanket and saturated briefs freezing, and totally confused left to sit for over and hour before lunch was even served. was told 2 nights in a row to pee or poop in her bed, one nursing staff degraded her when she said she fell and i questioned it he proceeded asking her very rudely what year it was and what city she lived in then when she looked around the room proceeded to tell her not to look around for answers cause no one was going to help her with the answer, then when she did not answer his questions said she didn't fall, she cant even answer my question, i ask for a report to be filled out and investigated told me she did not fall and said he was corporate for that night and made the decisions, was sitting in a wheelchair covered in poop with it all over her hands and clothes, pushed then nurse button, i cleaned her up and changed her clothes 30 minutes later staff shows up and told me i should have pushed the button to which i informed them had 30 minutes prior, had dry poop all up and down her legs, saturated briefs, still no shower, then when ask why she was using a bed pan was told they had not gotten any reports from rehab so she was considered bed-ridden until they could get reports. Aid would yell down the hall when needed anything, on the 4th day as we were leaving had a visit from Rehab to talk about her plan, and also had a visit from activity director to talk about activities like and dislikes, REALLY, she sat there 4 days and they just now got to this on the 4th day, wasted Medicare time. we went backwards for 4 days. i would not recommend this place even for your dog. Horrible experience, understaffed and total lack of compassion
