We were on the rehab side. Where do I began…this is a nasty dirty place. The housekeeping does not clean the rooms and oh the bathrooms, they don’t even scrub the toilet for days on end.( I have pictures) Be careful walking down the hall not to slip in all the puddles of water. They were giving my husband the incorrect amount of meds., they don’t ask questions, just give what’s on the orders. So many lies, they don’t return calls. Some of the CNAs were ill informed about my husbands issues and thought he could walk. HE IS AN AMPUTEE. He was scared to stay there and I could not stay due to covid crap. I know they were short handed, but to wait and hour to get help to go to the bathroom. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I will end here, but I have more.

This facility is terrible because of its staff and lack of management review. The food is terrible in quantity and quality. It is delivered cold most of the time. It is lousy can dumpings heated in a microwave. Coffee machines did not work most of our visit. For our family member who was vision impaired with mobility issues, the staff would just drop her food off in the room and say they would be back to help her as much as 45 minutes later. Staff is lacking and under scheduled most of the time. Staff are required to work double even when they don't want to. We saw a staff member crying because she was tired and made to work a second shift because the second shift (most of them) called out. Yet, management staff went home at their normal time everyday. Despite our request, we never saw a member of management come to hear our concerns. Dana is one of the nurses and she was absolutely horrible. No compassion, no caring and no nothing except to walk in and give a pill. Our family member had swollen feet and she said she had not seen it. It took two days and multiple request to get the doctor in and get medication started. It was hard to find her on most cases and the other nurses would give you the run around. Apparantly, we were not the first to complain. The PT staff told us we were not the first and she does not care. Nothing would be done to correct her behavior. Housekeeping is fake. They empty trash and run water, but the toilets and showers are not cleaned. The floors are wiped through. Furniture is never moved for cleaning or cleaned itself. I had to clean the room from top to bottom before she came. At least the next person had a clean room. Refrigerator, night stand, under chair, the food serving table legs. the shower chair, etc. This is a newer facility and has the potential to be so much better. There is no management and the staff just walks out when they get mad. I walked in one day to find a staff member sitting in my family's room playing on her phone in the dark. My family member is visually impaired so she was using that as a reason to hide in her room. Scared her to death that someone was in her room and she didn't know why or what they were doing. This is not right.
