Without an option- hospital transferred my mom to this horrible place. No one speaks English. (If you know Tagalog- this is the place for you. ) threatened to call ombudsman and things started to move SLOWLY. HAD HER MOVED ASAP!

My mother got stuck in there last week, transferred by the hospital. No one in this place seems to know what is going on or who works there. When I went to see her on Saturday after her transfer I had a CNA tracking me down to sign for mom to be vaccinated and treatment. When I asked what type of treatment she was getting she did not have a answer for that and said there was no paperwork that was transferred with mom. Sunday I spoke to the supervisor and administration got part of the problem corrected. They had a folder on my mom with all the hospital notes in it. People that work in this hospital are lazy they do not want to check for the paperwork they want you to supply them with it. At one point they said my brother will have to get the hospital records for them. I got a call from the nurse said I needed to sign the release for my mother to see the kidney Dr, called her to give her the fax # and it was not sent. Called today to give it to her again and was told there is no one by the name of Sunny there is she a patient? Then I was told she is out today, gave it to another person they said they will fax it. I will see if it comes.
