Very unprofessional, one example is lost medical equipment of patient. The staff had no idea how to handle Power of Attorney. They forced loved one suffering from dementia to sign paperwork even after they were told and shown Power of Attorney, Advanced directive and Trust. Trust attorney had to be contacted due to above action. Administrative Assistant "Andrea" obviously a legend in her own mind. Run do not walk away from this facility. It is about the money not about the patient or family.
