Point of view from a daughter mom in Asst living! It was an awful experience for mom and family! Mom was independent apartment at seabrook for over 9 years last June 2020 went to assisted! It was very difficult! The people who physically took care of mom were wonderful! The administration was awful! Mom died nov of 2020! Her estate still has not received money from apartment! Again busdiness office difficult to reach and questions not answered!We just want to be done with Seabrook!Please read everything in contract before u sign.

I've lived here for 4.5 years - and many more to come....it feels like a permanent vacation. Everything one could possibly need or want is here. I'm a second generation resident - my mom lived here 3.5 years....she passed at 87 and would often say "I wished I'd move here sooner". She didn't have the energy or health to do all she wanted to do. So I didn't wait... I moved in at age 70 and am taking full advantage of all the freedom and amenities.
