We have been trying to contact Social Services here in Durham County. The Residents are sick and this new administrator and her front office staff is not doing their part in having the Residents checked out for Covid 19. This new administrator is not communicating with those (us) that are working close contact with the residents. 3-4 residents have symptoms only one of the residents were isolated but then administrator “Brandy M”., insisted that he come out to eat, etc. with other residents. X-ray was done on this residents yesterday 3/31/2020 and today 4/1/2020, dropped dead. Something is not right out here and we need help. We’re Short staffed, workers coming in late, leaving when they want to, coming into work smelling like marijuana and not to mention workers coming to work drunk and bring their drinks and drugs on the premises. And it’s ok with Brandy, who ever allowed this monster to come in need to be tied up in a wheelchair and let the residents whip her ass. Corporate office better do something better they want have a choice in the matter because law suits are coming. Help us get in touch with Social Services before more residents drop dead. The death rate here is bad nearly 10-15 deaths since December 2019. Things are not going to get better until corporate clean house starting at the Front office and get NEW ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF in to get Seasons back in order. Help us go viral and call DSS with us. 919-560-8000

I’ve been working at Seasons at Southpoint and has never seen a drop in residents. Family members moving their love ones out because of neglect, abuse and medication errors. RN and ED don’t care one way or the other about their residents let along employees. RN and ED will see a resident hanging from their wheel chair and instead of helping they would rather call a CNA who is already working with a resident than to touch on of them. This app lace is not fit and really these two, RN and ED should not be working in a place like this. Former ED (M. C.) would have never allowed such mess to go on. ED and RN parties with workers and allow employees to work that comes in to work drunk and on drugs. Second shift staff leave work and be gone for several hours and on the clock. Second shift gets away with murder simply because RN is having a under cover affair with and woman employee. CNA has walked in on them while both were in the bathroom. Staff members can get hurt on the job and they think it’s funny. Employee took a very hard fall on the job due to a very greases floor that had not been mopped nor floor signs were up. RN was no help at all, she looked at the employee on the floor, laughed and walked away. After 2 weeks from the fall, the employee was terminated from her job, due to a slight med. error. In which a lot of us here feel that it was unfair to let her go, because even though she was hard on us we respected her because she showed more love and compassion to all of the residents and family members when a love one had passed on not to mention her coming into work on days off working 50-nearly 80 hours a week. When will the county and state come in for a full week unannounced and clean up this place for us so that we want feel so intimidated or feeling so bad and not wanting to come to work because of the wickedness that is goes on her. Please somebody help make this go viral and get us and especially so body here that knows how to manage this building before the bricks start coming down, that’s just how bad Seasons at Southpoint has gotten.

This place is going down quick. When will someone come in and shut it down before the residents and staff get hurt. There’s a problem with the heat and air residents rooms at a freezing temperature, there are problems in the kitchen with gas leaks and patching up serious issues that needs immediate attention. Someone please help this go viral. ED and RN covering up for selective MTs and blaming others. Resident accident report not done and over looked when residents are injured. Residents being hit on, cussed at and not being properly groomed let along not being bathed. Their hygiene is terrible. The whole building is corrupted and insane. North Carolina State Department for the Elderly SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.
