Senior Care of Brownwood

Beautiful, smells great! Not a nursing home . Rehab to home program is better than expected. The exquisite decor matches the compassionate care. Highly recommend

My mother stayed in Senior Care Center in the rehab wing. I was more than pleased with her care and attention that she received from the nurses, nurse's aides, med aides, therapists, housekeeping, and dietary staff. They greeted with a smile and treated her with dignity and thoughtfulness. The facility was very clean and well kept. My mother was not eating so the Dietarian went out of their way to fix her eggs the way that she liked them and cooked soup for her at other meals so she would eat. Housekeeping kept everything clean. The staff had regular meetings keeping me updated on her progress and health.The Business Office Manager was very helpful in assisting me on what needed to be done for the welfare of my mother. I was well pleased.

I have a loved one that is in the Senior Care Brownwood. As with many Texas Nursing Homes there needs to be improvements with some of the workers. Some of the workers are great and you could not ask more of them then what they give. They are attentive and friendly towards me, my family and my loved one. Some of the workers are not as attentive, and friendly and don't always respond as promptly to the needs of my loved one nor treats them with dignity as well as other workers. I hate to complain because it is a bad reflection on those that really care about their patients and do their jobs well. I hope that there will be improvements with those that are slack on their job. I commend those that do their jobs well and don't complain.
