This facility keeps patient records on sticky notes which are placed in a binder like you would use in high school. Staff ( mostly CNA’s) are like a revolving door. This should be related to poor management of this facility. Meals have no nourishment value. It simply needs a complete overhaul of building and especially upper staff?
