My mother is a resident at Signature. They have a issue with their staffing, either they dont care and are incompetent or they do not have enough staff to properly care for the patients. My mother needed help to remove the lid off of her lunch and dinner tray and ask the staff serving dinner to allow her to pray first before helping her remove the tray, instead of waiting and respecting her right to pray before she eats they left and would not assist her in removing the lid off her lunch and dinner tray. Came back afterward with no concern and took her food away and she went almost a whole day without eating. The social worker was informed and would not or could not understand how this could happen and blamed my 74 year old mom for this. Instead of taking ownership for this uncaring treatment of my mom and making sure nothing like this ever happens again. I pray to God I will be able to find a better place for her soon.

This place was awful. Because of Covid19, we could not be there to monitor the care of my father who was put in For rehab. following surgery/ illness. After two day, he begged us to get him. He just layed there all day with no one working with him. After following up with the administration, I find out they suspended all care until Covid19 testing was complete which meant he sat for six days. No one communicated this with us. When I picked him up, he was dehydrated and so weak he could no longer stand. His clothes were changed once in 6 days. His bandages were wet and smelled awful which meant they were not changed. They should be ashamed of themselves. The only one I can praise was the social worker, Elaine Simmons. She was kind, helpful, and seemed to feel bad about what happened.

If I could give this place a zero I would. My Dad was in here for rehab after a stroke and they pretty much dismissed his care. It was clearly stated that he needed assistance in eating and they would just put his food down in front of him. No assistance. We also found him, more than once, lying awake in his own urine for hours. When I asked if I could have fresh sheets for his bed, one of the workers said, heres the code to the linen room...you can get them. Really? Staff could care less. They just cant be bothered with Anything. This place sucks in the highest degree and helped caused the decline of my Dad's health. If I could sue them for malpractice I would.

I worked here for over a year, during majority of my journey here was stable and very enjoying. This was when Anthony and Pamela was running the facility. This new administrator name Temeka Johnson is just awful, she curses her staff, firing the staff that was employed before her or lying to get staff to quit. If you want to receive unfair treatment and disrespect, by all means go apply. I have never seen this building so bad off until she arrived, she is clicked up with her crew, she never comes out her office, do not know the staff, let alone the little 98 patients that’s left, this woman has bad customer service all across the board, her attire is not appropriate, everything is tight and not business attire. Eventually she will make this facility crumble because it’s not adequate care given with short staff, I hope corporate will please come in and ask questions to the remaining staff that is there. This woman so ignorant, a coworker grandfather passed and she fired this woman behind a immediate family member death, like she could help her own situation, the lady is just awful. Please don’t bring your family member here, the only joy they may have is during activities but care will always be horrible because of the staff and shortage of staff. This administrator was walked out of Autmun Breeze Nursing home and her whole management crew, so if she couldn’t succeed there what makes them think Marietta building is going to arise the obstacles. Please give Anthony and Pam back their building and get rid of Temeka Johnson, this lady is sad, heartless, and do not care about giving adequate care.
