The management running snohomish health and rehab is a new team of caring compassionate nurses and cnas. The place is clean there are great activities for everyone and they make a point to include even the visitors in on things. The nurses have always been there to answer any of our questions and explain things about medications we didn't understand. They have always greeted us with a smile and been super helpful they treat the patients line they are their own family. Don't judge this place on old reviews it is worth your time to go see for yourself if you are thinking of placing your loved one there for rehab.

Please do not put your loved one here for so many reasons: My father was over/wrongly medicated to the point of having psychotic episodesThe staff is abusive to both the patient and the family membersMy father's roommate was placed in a wheelchair where he was forced to stare at my father's dead body for at least three hoursMy sister was asked to write "personal testimonies" about the care upon entering the room upon learning of our father's passingOur priest found my father in a catatonic state in the hall They refused to contact hospice so to continue billing usMy mother was also there and left with several bruisesMy father was left unrestrained, and according to a "nursing assistant" he "kept falling out of the wheelchair, but they didn't care".

Upon arrival for a surgical rehab stay, we were greeted by bright orange signs stating there was a noro virus outbreak. The first questions asked were about a will and picking a funeral home. The 2nd bit of shared information was a price. That price was more than double of what we were told. The staff member was flippant and said that's just where we are in healthcare. No explanation of the change. A parade of 9 staff came in over a 4 hour period. None washing their hands and not one asking the patient if they needed anything. The patient needed a urinal. It took 6-1/2 hours to get one and that was only delivered because a family member wandered down the hall and flushed someone out to deliver it. The facility is stark and bare but seemingly clean. The head maintenance man was friendly and efficient.
