Solon Pointe at Emerald Ridge

Solon Pointe NEEDS PEOPLE THAT LOVE CARING FOR PEOPLE NOT PEOPLE JUST THERE FOR A PAYCHECK. THIS IS REALLY SAD THAT THESE PEOPLE HAVE JOBS IN THIS FIELD. This new Director will give you the illusion that she is on top of her job but she is NOT. Very nonchalant and not thorough when assisting you. Shatila says she will return calls in 24 hours been waiting 4 days. Shatila told someone not to worry about my moms medication, it was being taken care of, NOT true. 2 Terrible Directors (Paige and Shatila Belle), Staff (Don't care, lie, steal and lazy) and Food is not fit for a dog. They don't care about the residents nor the family members. Smells like urine, rooms not kept up, waiting for maintenance to repair a blind for a month, nobody follows-up, they don't return phone calls still waiting since Monday. I feel they are trying to kill my mother, her meds where stopped by NP Marianne and nobody was notified her family or anybody to restart the meds which helps my mother with her speech. They want to keep her quiet?? Why?? What are the hiding?? So she is unable to tell me if she is being mistreated?? They tired of me being her advocate. How many other residents are not getting what they need?? I will be reporting this facility to OMBUDSMAN before they try to kill my mother!!!!!!!! The 2 people that helped me was Matthew the Regional Manager and Christine.
