My mother has been a resident there for over four years. My mom was pretty self efficient until she became ill and needed assistance. We had no problems with Facility until she became ill. We struggled getting daily updates from the staff there. We requested to have daily updates, during the 18 days she was ill. We had to call and and get updates daily ourself because they never called us. They only contacted us a few times. Very disappointed in the Facility. We also had a conference call with some of the staff and a nursing consultant from Des Moines, and they never called us afterwards to follow up with anything. I had left A message and they never called back. Finally they answered my call a week later. They provided my family with no Care Plan or Protocol for my Mom during her illness. If your loved one doesn’t need a lot of assistance, great place. But if they do, would not recommend this place. My family is upset but confused because it is a care facility not a independent or assisted living Facility.

My sister got the worst care EVER there! Would NEVER go there again and would NEVER recommend you to ANYBODY!!! We would rate you ZERO!!!
