0 stars would be too much for this place. I feel so bad for the employees that work here because the issues are so apparently caused by the incompetence of the management of this facility. My father stayed here for a little over a week in November 2020 recovering from a 3 week stay at the hospital where he almost lost his life due to a serious septic infection. In the time he was with Spring Creek the only way I could get through to him was to call, be placed on numerous 10+ minute holds, then have someone come on and tell me "our new phone system is broken, we'll have to take the cordless in and have him call you"...this call back would happen MAYBE 70% of the time. I am my father's primary caregiver so to not know what is going on with him and how he was recovering was infuriating. I called and asked to speak with the Director of Nursing - left at least three messages - still to this day have not heard a word from her. I left a message for the "Administrator", let them know how upset I was - still to this day I have not heard a word from them. This was my 2nd experience ever choosing/using a nursing facility for my father after a hospital stay and I would heed anyone reading reviews to find somewhere to put their loved one - THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! You can tell the nursing staff are trying their best, but the lack of compassion, communication, empathy, and competence displayed by the management is disgusting.
