Springhouse of Pikesville has a lot of issues. Many mistakes are made, especially with medication management. There are some very caring staff there, but many are cold and uncaring. They are defensive about the errors made and attempts to correct issues were futile. Residents go days/weeks without getting showers and the food is horrible and very salty and very poor quality, with very meager portions. Families are constantly supplementing the food with meals from home or carryout meals.
