They knowingly house addicts around elderly people and they don't do anything to protect them from the crooks they allow to sneak in and cheat the system. They allow who they want to jump the waiting list too. There is a lot of covering up there for very bad people.

I have been a resident hear for 3 years, I have never had bed bugs or any additional pests, and if you keep your eating areas clean you will not have any roaches. The staff have always been very helpful and if you call maintenance they come the same day if you put in a request before noon. They have just completed updating the apartments, and the building has no oders except for when someone is frying chicken in a adjacent apartment. I would recommend it to anyone!George Taylor

Driving up on the grounds of st Peter manor was enough to turn around and go out the way I came immediately. Residents sitting around like they are waiting for some one to deliver them from poverty smell and pain. This is government property and it's plain Damn Ridiculous.

Were it not for the cockroach and bedbug infestations. St. Peter Manor would be quite a nice place.
