Stonehenge of American Fork

I spent the entire month of September 2020 in rehab. The only negative thing I can think of is a few more hands would have been nice. Unable to walk without help I had to wait sometimes. When helped no-one acted rushed. Due to Covid I could have no visitors. I was in a lot of pain. Not only nursing staff went out of their way to be cheerful and spend a few minutes with me. My needs were met. I was treated with respect. All of my questions answered. I'm a retired nurse. With the fear of Covid looming over me I watched the staff closely. I would not hesitate to recommend Stonehenge of American Fork. I would love to have worked there.

I was in the rehab section for 2 months and mostly I really loved being there. Most of the CNAs are wonderful, really caring people, who don't get staffed enough and therefore are overrun with the needs of the patients. This is especially true on weekends. This is a very clean, well-cared for facility with very large private rooms for rehab patients. The food is good and healthy and small portions so we don't overeat and gain weight while there. I know the staffing is mostly meeting federal guidelines, but I think in some cases it should be extended beyond that, especially when there are several patients on a hall that cannot get out of bed on their own.

Nurses working there are wonderful, never miss a shift, and are treated poorly by management in return. When nurses are sick of working under such poor management, their well-deserved (and earned) PTO was taken away. I feel bad for the patients who have to live there, and the nurses that are treated like crap and taken advantage of. ????
