I have family living here and I am appalled at what the aides get by with in not doing their jobs. Too busy crapping around doing nothing and not wanting to help the elderly here with laundry, household chores, bathing and so forth., That's why the elderly came here and the aides are NOT helping, just drawing a paycheck. Wish I had a job like that. WHY doesn't anyone check up on the employees to see what is getting done or NOT done? Where's the supervisors here??
