Swanberg AFC - Springwood

It's ok, but very pricy , I've lived there about 1 and half years, Since I've been living there I've seed people come and go, One of the residents accidentally fell at a bowling alley , she had a medical emergency. The residents are sweet as can be, but can be friends with you the next , and talk about you when your back is turned. The last person who left , had serious mental problems, acting out, bulling the other residents, stealing and going into people's rooms, Now I'm being accused of bringing bedbug's in the house, which it's not true, I never had them before, when I moved in, It's like someone planting them in thinking I brought them in, blaming me . I 've been put out to the streets at night to the emergency twice, That dangerous for a AFC to do that, because the House Manager wouldn't let me stay there, or even sleep in the room. All our things are in large black garbage bags in the garage, we can only bring 3 items of clothing at a time, They all eat in their rooms, which is against the rules, I had my own room , then I was forced to share my room with another resident, who was in a room down stairs . she would eat and drink in the room, she would store food in her backpack, she had her stuff piled on my things, she would be taking over the room with her stuff , I didn't much room for my things, and had no privacy what so ever! The House Manager can be somewhat verbally abusive to the girls at times, me especially me. She slapped another resident after the lady fell, the house manager tried to get her up, The lady has a bad leg and suffered a stroke. One of the House Manager's daughter smokes cigarettes and Pot and ever time her daughter comes inside ,the place just reeks from the cigarettes and Pot. That's against the rules to smoke on the property, there's no smoking inside, but they feel they have the right to do that but the residents can't smoke at all, due to medical problems. The house manager would have her favorites, and have them snitch on another resident. It's harassment! " This place should lose their license and be shut down! Plus the Owner , over charges on rent, I pay $900 a month, my guardian pays the rent, but I pay an extra $20.00 more , plus $ 7.00 a month for cable, He pushes us to get a Case Manager , so he can squeeze out another $100 or $200 out of you. I heard that straight from Network 180 personally and by phone.
