The Medical Team

I've had 2 experiences with this company. Staff in retirement community are fantastic. They are in the building and help where and when needed, "ala cart".This fools you into believing that what you see is what you will also get when you hire TMT for private duty care. NO NO NOT THE CASE AT ALL. Some good workers are employed here. Management is horrible. Very unprofessional. Very INCOMPETENT. Sleeping and snooping are tolerated by management. Family is told to complete spot checks on employees and clear out valuables. Don't trust this company to care for a cat (which can care for itself) and definitely not to care for a vulnerable human. I don't understand how TMT stays in business for private care of humans. Our state cannot be checking this company, no way TMT should keep licensing. Failure. Get on care.com to find an individual to help with your loved one, set up cameras and watch them. You will get what you expect from a caregiver. The medical team from Livonia MI will fail you and repeatedly disappoint you. Hopefully your family will get through needing extra help. Please choose another company to help you.
