My mother hated it there. She begged and begged me to get her out of there. I could never get anyone to answer phone. They would change her medicine and she would have to go to hospital to get it back right. As soon as she came back Nichols would change it again.

STAY AWAY!! Horrible, rude, neglectful staff. No communication between facility and family. They rarely answer the phone when you call. I tried to call to check on my loved one and the phone rang for 23 minutes. No one ever answered. Lazy workers who don't want to be there. Don't keep patients clean or change diapers in a timely manner. Allow patients to sit in dirty diapers for hours at a time.
