Would avoid this place all together. The management was horrible. She was very rude and asked me to do her job to call my insurance to see what was covered. She tried to blame me when she didn't file my secondary. I quit going after 4 visits because she was so blatantly rude. I would hate to see how bad she takes advantage of older people that don't have their sense about them or that don't understand how insurance works. If your going here make sure your not paying out of pocket for something your insurance does cover, she tried that on me too. The therapists in the pool were nice but if you have the rudest office manager that's scheduling patients and dealing with the finances your whole business will go down. In fact the only two ladies I seen that worked in the office part both had bad attitudes and you could hear them complaining. You would think they would treat paying clients better to keep them around. Not here. I won't post her name out of respect. She treated me poorly on two separate occasions and I only went there 4 times so half the time I was treated with rude behavior. I feel sorry for the clients and the therapists that have to deal with her not to mention she called the male therapist "baby". Very unprofessional!
