Hope this review doesn’t get removed....Or find a ton of people to post good reviews when everything I hear all around is bad... Some good staff, but most were very rude to everyone and unkind to the elderly. There was smeared poop all over the rails and chair in the room that no one bothered to clean up. They refused to bathe anyone but once a week. My grandmother was there with dementia and healing after a medical coma. She was doing rehab to learn to stand and walk again. WHILE she was in the rehab room, doing Rehab, she said she needed to use the restroom, they told her she had a diaper on and to just use it on herself. 🤯😡 I had to schedule in advance to give her a real shampoo in their “salon.” They wouldn’t let me do it. It had to be a licensed beautician to wash her hair...? So I scheduled someone to go there and then after taking off work for both of us during the week and being there, the lady up front on a power trip gives me crap about the license she brought. And when you have my name listed as the reservation, you know my name isn’t white girl....Anytime we brought stuff, things would grow legs and walk away... we call that stealing. And from a helpless elderly takes a special kind of low. I saw visitors walking in without signing in or out. Easy access in and out as people come and go just holding the door for each other to come on in. There is no check process from staff. They are literally there for a paycheck and do not care about the patient’s needs or health. We have volunteered down there before. I know they get volunteers and visits on occasion but they really need to replace the rude folks. They had the nerve to comment on my Facebook review for me to call them to discuss further. When I discuss this further, it will not be with your center. It will be beyond local management. What are you going to offer? An apology and free popcorn during movie hour? Our town is better than the treatments offered to the residents. And we as a wonderful community will demand better treatment of our seniors that carried us to where we are today. I have not heard any positive from anyone I know or locals that have experience there. All places have their faults, but you can usually find some good side too. Your team is lacking. Stand by, I am sure someone will call you. In the meantime, you need to solicit reviews from actual clients and family members, not staff.I would like to add I have heard from previous employees at this facility, which the facility had also changed their name- and is why I could not find my review. It used to be called Trinity. However, this was a fairly recent employee. They confirmed the center administration had asked all of them to write good reviews, while they were still in their CNA class, before they were even on the floor. Sounds like fraud to me. They confirmed the staff is the reason many others leave. And in their own words (kept anonymous for obvious reasons), “I can say maybe 1 member of the staff that worked on the floor was awesome! Others were very unprofessional. In my honest opinion the state should come and personally hire a new staff! From administration to nursing! Company has a high turn over rate, the patients aren’t receiving the adequate care they need and deserve due to short staffed and unprofessional staff!”Honestly can’t say from the outside looking in, when feedback mirrors that. Looks like from the inside looking out is the same perception. And that is everything when the elders are left in their care. When held accountable by family members, they turned off the comment and emoji options on their Facebook. They removed my review from their previous page, Trinity. And deleted negative comments on their posts. This along with asking strangers/inexperienced people and even employees to boost their ratings should be investigated as fraud as well. If you have an experience, leave your feedback and save someone else’s life!!!! Many may be considering this place, but it is a slow painful death sentence for a loved one! Don’t do it!!!!!
