Trinity Village

To say my family was Blessed by Trinity Village is quite an understatement. My Mom was a resident in Memory Care for nearly six years and my Dad visited her every morning and stayed to feed her lunch. I, her daughter, would also visit Mom several times per week in the afternoons or evenings. Due to Mom's dementia, she would get restless and therefore enjoyed being pushed in her wheelchair throughout the entire facility, both inside and out. During these outings, we met numerous staff and other residents and was in all units of the building nearly everyday. Everyone on staff, I'm including housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, nursing, administration, therapy,etc -----all personnel were genuinely caring, friendly, professional and more importantly, like family. Mom received exceptional care; and Dad was even a patient in the rehab unit, on two separate occasions for therapy following a total knee and pneumonia. He also received exceptional care! And Dad was in the Air Force during the Korean War and readily recognizes hard work and a "well run machine!" He loved Trinity Village!Also, Mom's room was always very clean and fresh--as was the entire facility on a routine basis. Nothing was ever lost or stolen from Mom's room aside from one red sweater that didn't have her name in it; and the sweet lady from laundry voluntarily searched through the unclaimed clothes to find it! As a daughter, to know a place for Mom and Dad, that would truly care for their medical needs and respectfully care for their other needs goes beyond the positive, honest words of this review. I could continue to cite examples of exemplary care that Mom and Dad received, but the best way to sum up the culture of Trinity Village is that it is Christ Centered Care---and every aspect of their non-profit follows this mission.
