Villa Care

This home gave my mother documents to sign that had missing pages. When my mother questioned Leonila the owner she then gave my mother an eviction notice to move my father out. My family and I reported this to the Seattle ombudsman and they informed Leonila that she doesn't have a valid reason to evict my father. After this the retaliation started with screaming at my parents on a daily basis. My parents were not treated with dignity and respect but instead had brooms thrown at my parents by Elizabeth, yelled and threatened by Lester (Leonilas son) on one occasion when my mother was in the kitchen getting a spoon for my father's medicine, Lester slammed my mothers hand into a drawer. He said when he is in the kitchen my mother must stay out of the kitchen. On a daily basis Leonila, Eluzabeth, Boyat, small older man, and Lester constantly verbally and mentally harrassed my mother because she only wanted to be with her dying husband. Leonila and Elizaberh would make comments about your husband is close to death already why do you come around here? The family would have parties late into the evenings when the poor residents tried to sleep. This home should also have one person awake during the night but this never happened. The adult family home will give you a happy story how wonderful they are but when the door shuts and you are gone all residents are put into there rooms and left in there alone. Residents at the home are neglected and mistreated. If you have any question Leonila and her staff dont like they will make your stay at villa care a living hell. Leonila also had the nerve by contacting all residents family members and telling them my mother is the problem What type of business would do such an absurd thing? Villa Care would. Protect your loved ones. Dont go too this adult family home.
