Please DO NOT place your loved ones in this facility. The administrative team is incompetent. They do not respond to resident or family concerns. Staff do not monitor residents daily. Covid vaccination rate among Staff is awful. Covid safety protocols for visitors and Staff are not followed. Pressure ulcers are allowed to develop within a short amount of time. Incontinent residents are left soiled for long periods of time. Some residents are allowed more space in semi private rooms. My mother was admitted on September 18 and passed away on October 13 from Covid due to negligence. She was of sound mind and cognizance when admitted for long term care and only required assistance with showers and mobility. Within short order, she was bedridden. Even with symptoms of Covid, daily temps were only taken. Her roommate started coughing after returning from a day Pass with family. Several of them were unmasked. A baby in a stroller was allowed in as well. Was this child screened upon entrance? Also, mom was afforded a much smaller space than that of her roommate. No wonder she contracted Covid in a confined space with poor ventilation. Several Staff members would even pull their face masks down when taking her meal orders. Again, do not place your loved ones here.
