Our Mother was a resident at the Villages of Lake Highlands for three years. The Leadership team was very attentive and responsive to all questions and any concerns. Answers and or corrective action were immediate and effective. The Nurses, Nurses Aides, and Dining staff were professional and kind. The Medical care was appropriate, timely and informative. All changes to care or medications were communicated timely and in detail.The social interaction and spiritual activities were absolutely great. It was truly a comfortable and safe place for our Mother to live. The staff truly cared about her comfort and well being.WMy family and I are grateful to the entire VoLH Team for the caring and safe environment they provided our Mother. We are so happy that we chose VoLH for our Mothers care, they went the extra mile to make it feel like home. God Bless them all!

Our 94 year old mother needed to moved from where she was. We called & set up an appointment with Adam Koll he is very courteous & very respectful ,we asked tons questions . We love our nurses & aids everyone here is very respectful,the rooms super nice & the property is manicured kept clean. You need to call Adam to set up an appiontment, you will be glad you did
